She is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for an Adult Family Home provider in Central Wisconsin and Administrator for Prado Hospice, LLC, serving a variety of Milwaukee County families. She continues to expand her knowledge of health care policies, effective counseling techniques to connect with multi-generational and diverse mental health communities.
Romie has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Illinois University. A Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University-Chicago. A certified Life Coach with IAP Career College and a Biblical Studies degree from Liberty University. Currently, Romie is in pursuit of her Doctor of Education degree: Community Care & Counseling: Pastoral Care & Counseling from Liberty University. In addition to her spiritual pursuits of becoming a licensed ordained Evangelist.
Blaque Magnolia Consulting was founded to bring awareness and solution-focused plans to combat the complexities of life for all women. This includes emotional, physical, mental health, and spiritual struggles, often caused by infrastructural constraints. I will continue to be an advocate for administrative policy changes and egregious daily societal demands among professional women through my 3 M's of success (Modeling, Managing, and Mentorship) program.
