A passionate leader and devoted servant, Romie is a generational pillar of faith and action in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Deeply rooted in the power of prayer, she operates as a strategic prayer warrior and intercessor, standing in the gap for her generation and her community. Her ministry extends far beyond the local church walls; as a sought-after conference speaker and workshop faciliator where she delivers empowering, spirit-led messages that challenge, heal, and inspire young people across the country. In her administrative and leadership roles within the Church, Romie serves as the youth pastor at Morris Cathedral COGIC, the Lily of the Valley Youth Department Chairlady and an assistant Chairlady to the Wisconsin First Jurisdiction Youth Department where she combines her spiritual depth with structural vision.
She actively creates, leads, and participates in various philanthropic endeavors, ensuring that the church remains a tangible resource for those in need. Her heart beats for outreach, reflecting a profound love for God and His people. Remarkably, her grace is not confined to traditional settings; she possesses a unique, compassionate mantle for the "non-churchy"—those who feel out of place, overlooked, or disconnected from religion—meeting them exactly where they are with authentic love and without judgment.
Behind her public ministry is a rich, foundational family life. She serves tirelessly as a devoted wife, a loving bonus mother, a cherished daughter, a supportive sister, an affectionate aunt, and a nurturing godmother. Balancing her sacred calling with her familial devotion, she pours out her life as a living sacrifice, consistently embodying the hands and feet of Jesus to everyone she encounters.
Her professional pursuits include being an executive director for a senior living community, serving a variety of families in Milwaukee and surrounding Counties She continues to expand her knowledge of health care policies, effective counseling techniques to connect with multi-generational and diverse mental health and aging populations.
Romie has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Illinois University. A Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University-Chicago. A certified Life Coach with IAP Career College and a Biblical Studies degree from Liberty University. Currently, Romie is in pursuit of her Doctor of Education degree: Community Care & Counseling: Pastoral Care & Counseling from Liberty University. In addition to her spiritual pursuits in ministry and wellness, she was ordained a licensed ordained Evangelist in April of 2026.
