Who Is She?
Romie is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for an Adult Family Home provider throughout the state of Wisconsin. She continues to expand her knowledge of health care policies, effective counseling techniques to connect with multi-generational and diverse mental health communities. Romie has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Western Illinois University. A Masters of Arts Degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University-Chicago. A current student in pursuit of her doctoral degree of Bible Apologetics with a certificate in Biblical Studies from Liberty University.
Blaque Magnolia Consulting was founded to bring awareness and solution focused plans to combat the complexities of mental health, infrastructual, administrative policy changes and daily societal demands among professional women through her 3 M's (Modeling, Managing and Mentorship).
